My name is Dr. Gina Wilt.

I am a strategy and growth partner to education and learning organizations navigating complex initiatives with real constraints. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and momentum, helping strong ideas move forward in the real world.

Many education organizations don’t struggle with ideas or even strategy. They struggle with the bandwidth and specialized capacity required to operationalize complex work.

Strategic plans exist, but execution slows as leadership teams balance day-to-day demands with long-term priorities. Important initiatives lose momentum not because they lack value, but because there isn’t enough time or focused expertise close to the work to carry them forward.
